Discover
During the Discover Phase, we work with our clients to identify their
requirement, and to understand their goals and objectives.
Define
Conclusions from the Discovery Phase drive the solution
blueprint. In the Define Phase, we define the business
model, processes, etc. of our clients. The output of this
phase is a comprehensive assessment of the business needs of
the clients.
Design
With the comprehensive assessment of our clients'
business needs in hand, we are now ready to begin the Design
Phase. During this phase, a concise specification document
is prepared which clearly outlines the requirements to
support the business strategy.
Develop
Once our clients have reviewed and approved the
specification document, we move on to Development phase.
During this phase, our consultants implement the detailed
solution to meet the clients' need.
Deliver
During Deliver phase, we roll out the solution to our
clients. The deliverables include design documents, project
report, etc.
Defend
During Defend phase, we proceed a post-implementation review with our
clients, provide security plan and risk mitigation solution to defend
their investment.
